Try it first

FIXME is a Mac app. It needs a Mac with macOS 14 or later. Download it and use it before you pay, with no card: your first 20 tickets from your phone are free with no time limit, and circling on your Mac (⌥ Space) stays free at 5 a day. That is enough to see whether it works for your app and your agent.

If something isn't working

Write to general@getfixme.dev and we'll help you get it running. It helps to include what Doctor says: open Doctor from the FIXME menu and press Copy diagnostics.

Where the law requires a refund

All sales are final, except where the law requires a refund. If that applies to you, write to general@getfixme.dev from the address you used at checkout, with the order number from your receipt if you have it. A refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Polar, who processes the payment.

What a refund does to your license

A refunded license is revoked. FIXME notices the next time it checks in, about once a day while it's online, and goes back to the free allowance. Nothing you saved is touched: your tickets stay on your Mac.
